**Job Position**: Tele Marketing Associate

**Role Overview**:
As a Tele Marketing Associate - Intern at BuildForce Realty, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and supporting our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Outbound Calling**: Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce BuildForce Realty and our services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential leads based on predefined criteria.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately recording and updating customer information in our CRM system.
- **Appointment Setting**: Scheduling appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- **Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries from potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
