**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- Oversee the administration and optimization of MySQL databases to ensure high performance and availability
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for cloud and database management
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud and database solutions in accordance with industry standards
- Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning for MySQL databases
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud and database architectures processes and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and MySQL databases
- Implement automation and monitoring solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and database management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within the Consumer Lending domain

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in AWS and Google Cloud Platform demonstrating the ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions
- Have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in MySQL DB Administration and MySQL ensuring high performance and availability
- Demonstrate expertise in the Consumer Lending domain understanding the specific requirements and challenges
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Show proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning for MySQL databases
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Have a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Possess strong documentation skills ensuring clear and comprehensive records of architectures and processes
- Show experience in implementing automation and monitoring solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Exhibit a commitment to security and compliance ensuring solutions meet industry standards
- Have experience in participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Demonstrate the ability to support project milestones and deliverables within the Consumer Lending domain.
