**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**:Nangloi, Delhi West

**Company**:It a leading manufacturer in the chemical and adhesive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, chemicals, and adhesives.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards when purchasing hazardous materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and compliance, to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate the import process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with customs regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of supplier practices and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the chemical or adhesive industry.
- Strong knowledge of hazardous materials, safety regulations, and import processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
