**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field from NIFT or equivalent institution.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in retail ethnic fashion or related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects demonstrating creativity, originality, and proficiency in graphic design.
- Experience working in retail fashion, particularly with ethnic fashion brands.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with designing for e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and campaigns that effectively communicate our product and brand message.

3. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales team.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, retail fashion, and ethnic aesthetics to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant.
