- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, appointments, and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills. **[Bengali & Hindi mandatory]**:

- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
