Ensuring the efficient operation of nursing services within the hospital.Supervise and lead nursing staff including registered nurses,lincensed practical nurses and nursing assistants.

Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment conducive to professional growth and developement.

Oversee the implementation of nursing policies,protocols and best practices,ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.

Coordinate and assign nursing duties,ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs accross all shifts.

Participate in staff education and training initiatives,organizing in-service sessions and workshops to enhamce clinical competencies and knowledge base.

Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Current registered nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of clinical experience.

Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, with demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and mentor nursing staff.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in healthcare information systems and electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support 24/7 operations.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
