Full time Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Bachelor's Degree 0% SRE Sybase Application Support -,Unix - Rotational Shifts Provide technical support for issues related to clients hosted environments for FIS Tax Reporting Solutions Deploy product upgrades/Patches on the clients Production environment Perform root cause analysis for production issues Coordination between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance. Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting. 6 to 8 years of experience in similar Job position. Work on APAC/EMEA/US shifts and require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system. At least 6 years in experience in Sybase ,Unix Working Experience in Production support Experience of working in Unix/Linux environment Experience of working in database environment (Sybase, MS SQL) Strong desktop computing skills - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Advance Shell Scripting Sybase Database 3rd party tools Management CRM (SNOW/Jira/Salesforce etc..) Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool.
