Roles & Responsibilities:

- Accurate posting of patient demographic detail Charge Entry in the revenue cycle software provided by the customer
- Verifies patient eligibility on all applicable insurances to ensure that benefits are correctly coordinated.
- Strive to achieve productivity and Quality standards
- Adhere to customer-provided turnaround time requirements
- Actively Participate in all training activities from Induction training, Client specific training, and refresher training on billing and compliance
- Possess a strong ability to understand the impact of the process on customer KPIs
- Adhere to the company’s information security guidelines
- Demonstrate ethical behavior at all times

Compliances:

- Adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations
- To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the process

Qualifications:

- Any

Mandatory skill set:

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

Soft Skills required:

- Good Oral and Written Communication skills
- Self-motivated and a good team player

Work Experience:

- Min 1 year of experience in Patient Demographics Entry & Charge Entry
- Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts
- Typing Speed: 30 -50 WPM

Office Timings: Should be ready to work in US Shifts

Location: Bangalore

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
