**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Support the business team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely communication, feedback collection, and relationship management.
- Maintain and update client records, leads, and business opportunities in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounts, design, etc.) to deliver commitments on time.
- Identify opportunities for cross-linking services/products to help clients grow further.
- Track progress of business leads and prepare reports for management review.
- Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and business forums when required.

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work in coordination with multiple teams.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate in any stream (Business/Commerce preferred).
- Prior experience in client coordination, business development, or customer engagement will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are also welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
