**Desired Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office.
- Understanding the client’s requirements, effort estimation of the projects, and negotiating with the client to board the projects.

**Desired Skills**:

- Requisite qualification &/or Experience as a System Engineer, or a similar role.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
- Basic knowledge with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms + with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Minimum 3-4 years of BIM experience in Pinnacle.
- Understand the client’s requirements, prepare the technical questionnaires, and perform the effort estimate for the offers to submit to the clients.
- BIM Modeling/coordination/shop drawings experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection services, working in USA/Canada/UK/Middle East/Singapore/Japan countries.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills and study customer tender/client requirements and technical specifications.
- Good communication skills both speaking and writing to communicate with the client.
