Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Design hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and activities to enhance students' understanding of physics concepts.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to facilitate interactive learning experiences.
- Classroom Instruction:

- Deliver dynamic and engaging lectures, discussions, and presentations on various topics in physics.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and ask questions.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assessment and Evaluation:

- Administer quizzes, tests, and other assessments to evaluate students' understanding of course material.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to address individual learning needs.
- Classroom Management:

- Establish clear expectations for student behavior and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Manage classroom activities and transitions effectively to minimize disruptions and maximize instructional time.
- Implement disciplinary procedures as necessary, following school policies and procedures.
- Professional Development:

- Stay current with developments in the field of physics education, including new research, teaching methods, and technologies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure (if required by state or country).
- Previous experience teaching physics at the secondary or post-secondary level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physics concepts, principles, and theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources.
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:
