**Job Description: Tele caller (Printing and Packaging Industry)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tele caller to join our team in the printing and packaging industry. The Tele caller will be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, promoting our printing and packaging services, and generating sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients to introduce our printing and packaging services, discuss their requirements, and generate sales leads.
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and trust to effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition.
- Provide detailed information about our printing and packaging solutions, including types of printing, materials, finishes, and customization options.
- Listen to clients' needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their printing and packaging requirements.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue and promote additional services such as design, labeling, and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to coordinate orders, schedules, and customer requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new printing and packaging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and address client inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role, preferably within the printing and packaging industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information about printing and packaging processes, materials, and finishes.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
