**Shift**: Day Shift, 9-10 hours/day

The **Steward** plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Welcome and seat guests.
- Take orders and ensure accurate delivery.
- Respond to customer queries and address concerns promptly.
- **Food & Beverage Handling**:

- Ensure proper serving of dishes and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas.
- **Team Support**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations.
- Assist in setting up tables and restocking supplies.
- **Compliance & Standards**:

- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in F&B service is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- **Qualities**: Polite, efficient, and customer-focused.
