**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks including document handling, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external communications professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct calls to appropriate team members.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Ensure effective coordination of office activities and operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in administrative or similar roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
