**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Back Office software Operations including
- KYC account opening process, KRA, CKYC
- Creation of Client UCI in all exchanges,
- Settlement of exchange funds / securities pay-in pay outs, margins, for NSE, BSE.
- Trade processing, stock reconciliations, reporting of funds, holdings on daily, weekly / monthly uploads,
- Ensuring compliance requirements as per SEBI Regulations.
- Implementation of internal controls and process to smoother operations
- Co-ordinate with and support the Compliance Manager with all relevant information and audits/ queries.
- Co-ordinating with Back-office vendor to resolve system.
- Interacting with clients for resolving queries/ reporting etc.
- Inter-department co-ordination.

**Experience**:

- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in a SEBI registered Broking entity
- NISM VII certification holder
- Working Knowledge of Tally, Excel, Word and back-office software is required
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations around broking entities
