**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to optimize individual and collective performance.
- Develop strategies to increase sales ratio and achieve team targets.
- Collaborate with sales team members to identify training needs and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Analyze market data to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on marketing trends and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Arrange and coordinate marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for sales and marketing-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales and marketing activities.
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure alignment and cohesion across departments.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams as needed, including administrative tasks and project management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
