Shipment Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule the shipment of products to customers, ensuring on-time deliveries.
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to arrange transportation.

Order Fulfillment:
Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor order status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records to track stock levels.
Coordinate with the sales team to optimize inventory and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Customs and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with customs regulations for both imports and exports.

Coordinate with customs authorities to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods.

Documentation:
Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complies with legal requirements.

Carrier Negotiation:
Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers to optimize transportation costs.
Evaluate and select appropriate carriers based on factors such as cost, reliability, and delivery time.

Route Planning:
Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transportation costs.
Monitor and adjust routes as needed to respond to changing circumstances.

Communication:
Maintain communication with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Provide timely updates on shipment status and any issues that may arise.

Problemn Resolution:
Address and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Work with relevant parties to find solutions and prevent future issues.

Quality Control:
Implement and monitor quality control processes for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure that products meet quality standards before they are shipped.

Cost Management:
Monitor and control logistics-related costs, seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Reporting:
Generate and analyze logistics reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide regular reports to management on key logistics metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
