**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination of Shipments**:

- Coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to schedule shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as necessary to meet customer demands.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize inventory storage and organization.
- **Routing and Scheduling**:

- Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and pickups.
- Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to ensure fleet efficiency.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, delivery inquiries, and any logistics-related issues.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Stay informed of relevant regulations governing transportation, import/export, and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments and transactions.

**Salary**: ₹11,335.68 - ₹75,000.00 per month
