We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Ticket Triaging based on problem description.
- Basic Knowledge on Service Request Management and Incident Management(Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Service Now etc)....
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Strictly adhering and understanding the process and work accordingly.
- Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation

**Requirements**:

- Basic Knowledge in Unix Commands
- Understanding in ITSM tools.
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
- Basic Knowledge on computers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills.
