Position: Senior Sales Executive - Digital Marketing.
Purpose of the job:
- To facilitate digital marketing Sales From the leads generated through various digital marketing and allied campaigns With the completion of documentation, Negotiations and allied formalities to final dispatch of orders and assist in timely product delivery to the customers.
- Assisting customers for coordination with distributors and orders execution.
- Interact seamlessly and proactively to customer queries.
- To convert customers enquiry received from digital marketing and allied campaigns.
- Timely Reporting and maintaining of end-to-end lead status and customer lead journey.
The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:
Sales
- To call, discuss, pursue and follow up with leads created through digital marketing and allied campaigns. Achieving Net Sales targets & operating Margins target set for the area for the Digital Marketing Segment. Sales of products through Channel Partners and direct Sales.
To Ensure the Following
- Lead conversions through Digital Marketing and allied campaigns.
- Raise Planning efficiency.
- Customer Problem Solving
- Support in NSV & SDM achievement
- Analytics and Reporting of ROI generation
- To call, discuss, pursue and follow up with leads created through digital marketing.
Cost Management
- Manage Price developments & deductions like Customer Bonuses, Commission & Customer Freight
Forecasting
- Sales Forecasting and liaising with plant to ensure smooth order servicing.
Distributor Management
- Monitoring/expanding the dealer/distributor network with a special eye on achieving revenue/collection targets.
- To Manage and motivate network of distributors across the area to ensure effective coverage, distribution and visibility in the territory.
Dispatch/Shipping Info
- To ensure timely clearance and documentation with clear dispatch Instructions to Logistics for invoicing and shipping to Customers
Monthly reporting to key people:
- To generate yearly forecast of sales and continuously monitor and release monthly report to various key people in the company.
Receivables Management:
- To collect payments on time and ensures that receivables are within specified targets.
Collection of Statutory forms:
- To ensure with the help of distributors, the collection of due/overdue payments and statutory forms from the market.
Document Proofing
- To check Invoice & all Documentation as per customer Purchase Order and sending to customer within 2 working days
Support External Sales
- Collection Statutory forms & Collection of Overdues Tracking
- ARE-Form Collections & Tracking
- Provide Admin Support to Sales
- Issuing Credit/Debit Notes
- Issue Test Certificates, other documents under instructions from External Sales as defined by product Manager/Plant Manager
- Provide Sales Reports to Sales Managers & Accounts
Job Specifications
Professional Education
- Any Graduate or Diploma or MBA in Sales and Marketing or Digital Marketing
