**_Job Summary: _**

Adarsh Air Solutions LLP is a leader in the industrial
- compressed air distribution business in MP. And we are hiring for a results-driven Service Coordinator to actively seek and engage with customers and provide them support, handle client problems and generate spares business. Answering client queries, maintaining positive business relationships, solving the client issues in the minimum time period to ensure future sales.

**_Minimum Qualification: _** Bachelors in Management/Engineering

**_Pay Grade-_** ₹12000-₹30,000, Pay Grade completely depends up on the past performance, past record, industry experience, skill set, ability to take care of existing new clients, willingness to show extra initiative, target achievement etc.

**_Reporting Person-_** Director of the company.

- _**Service/After-Market

**_Shift: _**10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.

**_Location: _** Indore

**_Minimum Qualification: _** Fresher/or 1-3 years in compressed air or similar service industry like Genset/Diesel Generators/automotive

**_Job Description: _**

The Service Coordinators would be essentially working closely with our team of service engineers. The role is mostly a back end role but at times you might need to act in the front end role as well. Daily engagement with clients, attending their problems, engaging for service, generating spares business would be the core functions. Along with that planning for calls and allowing calls to service team.

**_Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- **_**
- Attending complaints/calls. Allotting calls to engineers as per type of complaints and the skills of the engineers based on time.
- Follow up for the spares business/following up for payments etc.
- Following up for AMC’s and renewing AMC’s of machines.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction.
- Visiting customers in person incase of emergency to satisfy the customer and solve the issues.
- Data entry in the CRM Software, preparing plans for visits and making reports for the same.
