**Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 + Incentives
**Experience**: Fresher to 4 years
**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
**Cab Facility**: Both side cab provided
**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon
**Work Mode**: Office
**Process**: VISA / MasterCard Blended Process (USA + India Clients Handling)
**Working Days**: 5 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**:
Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.

Provide accurate information related to services and transactions.

Assist USA & India clients in card/payment-related issues.

Escalate complex queries to higher teams when required.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Ensure excellent customer experience.

**Skills Required**:
**Absolute fluency in English (mandatory).**

Strong communication & query handling skills.

Good problem-solving ability.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Positive attitude and team spirit.
