Ecommerce Marketplace Channel Executive

The Ecommerce Marketplace Channel Executive will create and manage product listings, product advertisements on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket, Zepto etc. and grow sales against predefined targets in these channels to meet overarching company goals. He/She will develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional team members in a fast paced and dynamic company.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage entire inventory records & order fulfillment process with detail & accuracy -Coordinate with brands and account category managers and prepare regular MIS -Monitor and manage customer reviews and complaints related to product concerns and assortment
- Maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across portals.
- Manage individual and bulk listings, update product data specifications, images pricing discount etc.
- Reports generation, sales analysis and replenishment of inventory to avoid out of stock of critical SKU.
- Monitoring promotional activities across all marketplaces.
- Analyzing aging stock and try to liquidate on online platforms
- Preparing & sharing stock sheets with online parties & following up on payments
- Monitoring the price of competitors
- Should be number focussed with expectation of month on month growth
- Should create relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Finding new marketplaces and onboarding
- Ads and visibility management on said platforms
- Coordinating with marketing agency for creatives and conceptualisation
- Frequent competition mapping

**Qualifications**:

- Have a Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in managing online sales channels, marketplace or processing B2B sales.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and a keen eye for data.
- Able to work independently and is a self-starter.
- Problem solver in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment.
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a creative out of the box thinker
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
- Customer focused, with good written communication skills
- Ad agency and prior experience added advantage
- Basic Photoshop skills, with a good eye for graphic design in a marketing context. -SEO best practice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
