Position: Female Influencer

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos, videos, and other visual content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow your social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with brands to create sponsored content, promotions, and product endorsements.
- Engage with Followers: Foster meaningful connections with your audience through comments, messages, and live interactions.
- Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle topics to keep your content fresh and relevant.
- Personal Branding: Develop and maintain a consistent personal brand that reflects authenticity, creativity, and relatability.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content performance to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Professionalism: Represent our brand professionally and ethically in all communications and collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Female, Experienced
- 1 to 2yr
- Proven experience as a model or influencer with a substantial following on social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in photography and/or videography.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms for tracking performance metrics.
- Willingness to adapt to changing trends and requirements in the influencer marketing landscape.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
