**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the spare parts request from the Aftermarket operations business group.
- Support the shipping request (receiving and collection) from the Aftermarket operations business group.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

**FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **.
- Receive and visually inspect delivery of materials.
- Stow away materials on the inventory racks and assign locations based on availability.
- Update inventory locations for stored materials in the ERP system.
- Retrieve materials from repair warehouses according to picklists provided by production teams and deliver them to requested shop floor locations.
- Issue materials to work orders in the ERP system.
- Notify production teams when components arrive from outside vendor processing and from customers.
- Receive Purchase Orders in the ERP system.
- Put away returned materials from the shop floor back into inventory locations and verify return goods documentation.
- Perform materials return transactions in the ERP system.
- Perform compliance check on equipment received from customers and store documentation in document management system.
- Take pictures and create relevant documentation during receiving and shipping stages.
- Move the received equipment to assigned locations
- Package and label finished and in-process goods before delivery to vendors or customers.
- Create shipping documents and coordinate equipment collection process.
- Perform cycle count activities per the established NOV standard procedure.
- Work in an orderly manner ensuring store areas is kept clean and safe from hazards
- Keep the warehouse and shipping-receiving locations organized according to the established warehouse management protocols.
- Comply with local regulations, API and ISO standard requirements.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
- Perform others work-related task as assigned.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- E xperience with o perating a forklift
- Working experience in a warehouse environment
- Recent Diploma graduates are welcome to apply

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Working knowledge of equipment used in the oil and gas industry is desired.
- Flexible availability (overtime and weekends may be required) preferred
