**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute detailed **production schedules** as per demand forecasts and order requirements.
- Plan, monitor, and adjust resources, materials, and timelines to ensure **on-time production**.
- Coordinate daily with the **manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and store teams**.
- Ensure the **availability of tooling, raw materials**, and machine readiness before each production shift.
- Minimize **machine downtime and scrap generation** by implementing best practices.
- Handle production documentation and reporting using tools like **Cordy’s Software Systems** or similar ERP systems.
- Work closely with the plant supervisor and operators to ensure **smooth shop floor operations**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **extruder and stranding line** issues in real-time.
- Support implementation of **5S, Lean Manufacturing**, and **continuous improvement initiatives**.
- Monitor manpower performance and **optimize shift-wise resource utilization**.
- Ensure adherence to **quality standards, ISO practices**, and safety norms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
