**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Promote Shathayu Ayurveda products and services through traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.
- Engage with customers in person at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Develop promotional content, brochures, and offline marketing materials.
- Work on field marketing activities such as product demonstrations and customer outreach.
- Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in Ayurveda or healthcare.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Must own a bike for fieldwork (travel within the local area).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge or experience in the wellness and Ayurveda industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing methods (excluding digital marketing).
