- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals
- Accountable for sales and collection from the assigned business area
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping close view of market trends

**3. Managing Points**
- Accessories turnover in assigned geography
- Appointment of AAS, Retailer & Franchisee outlets in assigned geography

**4. Requirements**

Graduate from Tyre / Helmet / Accessories industry with an experience of 5-6 years in network development
