**Duty Timings:08 HOURS (MORNING/ AFTERNOON/ NIGHT SHIFT)**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine operation and maintenance of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, cleaning and lubricating machinery, and replacing parts as needed;
- Respond to facility emergencies and provide immediate solutions;
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs;
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems as required;
- Take part in regular training and professional development to enhance technical skills;
- Assist external vendors and contractors engaged for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks;
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer service requests and inquiries.
- Monitor and adjusts system set points and output, thereby providing optimum comfort level and add to energy saving measures.
- Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and promote continuous improvement of safety and environmental practices.
- In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/ Diploma in Electrical;
- Proven experience of at least 04 years in Operations & Maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including PHE and HVAC;

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
