**HR Fresher ( Female) - ForeHotels Consultancy**

**Location: Andheri east (Marol Naka - near metro station)**

**Position**: HR Executive (Fresher)
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 + Incentives (₹2,000 - ₹3,000)
**Duty Timing**: 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Staffing**:

- **HR Operations**:

- Managing employee documentation and records.
- Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Understanding client requirements and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Managing daily reports and updates.

**Required Skills and Qualities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
