**### *Job Summary**:*

We’re looking for a passionate and creative *Visual Merchandiser & Customer Experience Associate* to join our team at *Nolabels*. This role blends strong aesthetic sensibility with people skills—you’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life in-store through visual displays while also providing a top-notch experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
**### *Key Responsibilities**:*

**Visual Merchandising**:*
- Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with Nolabels' brand identity.
- Create eye-catching window displays, in-store setups, and mannequin styling to highlight key collections and new arrivals.
- Maintain clean, cohesive, and trend-forward visual presentations at both Mohali and Chandigarh stores.
- Refresh and rotate displays regularly to reflect promotions, seasonal collections, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the stock team to ensure merchandise availability and proper product placement.

**Customer Experience**:*
- Welcome and assist customers with styling advice, product information, and personalized recommendations.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and fashion-forward environment in-store.
- Support customers through their purchase journey and help drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Nolabels' products, sizing, and brand story.
**### *Who You Are**:*
- Creative with a strong eye for style, color, and trends—especially in fashion.
- Friendly, confident, and people-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage visual tasks while being customer-focused.
- Able to manage time well and work independently or as part of a team.
- Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
**### *Qualifications**:*
- Prior experience in visual merchandising or retail (preferably in fashion/lifestyle brands).
- Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, trends, and display techniques.
- Customer service or sales background is a must.
- Knowledge of fashion styling is a bonus.
- Proficiency in basic tools like Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software is a plus.Pay: ₹16,796.28 - ₹28,131.78 per month
