Responsibilities Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with business goals, seasonal trends, and customer preferences. Product Selection: Collaborate with buyers and vendors to select merchandise assortments that reflect brand identity, market trends, and customer demand. Planogram Development: Create planograms and visual merchandising guidelines to optimize product placement, spacing, and presentation on store shelves and displays. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock turnover rates, and coordinate replenishment activities to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts. Promotional Planning: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and achieve sales targets. Visual Merchandising: Work with store teams to create visually appealing displays, signage, and product presentations that engage customers and enhance the shopping experience. Price Management: Analyze pricing strategies, competitor pricing, and market trends to recommend pricing adjustments, discounts, or markdowns that maximize margins and drive sales. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate merchandising effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future merchandising decisions. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and promotional support to drive mutual business success. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements related to merchandising, pricing, and product placement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
