**Job Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Chartered Accountant**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Create and maintain long-term financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Ensure compliances with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial security and stability.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- **Funding and Capital Management**:

- Manage the company's capital structure and optimize funding arrangements.
- Evaluate and negotiate funding options, including debt financing, equity investments, and partnerships.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to maximize returns.
- **Investor Relations**
- Act as a key point of contact for investors, providing accurate financial information and addressing inquiries.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial models, and investor reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
- Ensure the team's compliance with accounting standards, policies, and ethical practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.

2. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.

3. Strong knowledge of Real Estate, Private Equity Funding, NBFC, and Stock Market sectors.

4. In-depth understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

5. Proven track record in financial strategy development and implementation.

6. Extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and internal controls.

7. Demonstrated ability to raise funds and manage capital structure effectively.

8. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

9. Sound knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.

10. Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.

11. Prepare MIS reports for management deliberation.
