Responsibilities:
Ø Identification of Machines, Ø Preparing Machine Predictive, Preventive Maintenance Plan, Ø Evaluate the MTTR & MTBF Report Month wise, Ø Analysis the major Break Down Maintenance, Ø Identification of Source and Critical Spare list, Ø Coordination in CFT activities Ø Identification of Aspect, Hazard, Risk and Opportunities Ø Reporting to Plant Head / Director - TPM. Ø Ensure the ROHS and MSDS availability of tool correction consumables Ø Maintain displays for the MSDS at required work area. Ø Execute preventive tool maintenance with ROHS compliance Ensuring daily Maintenance and records of Machines & Equipments, Ø Doing Predictive, Preventive maintenance as per Plan Ø Maintaining Machine History Card, Ø Maintaining Critical Spare list, Ø Analysis the Break Down Maintenance Ø Preparing MTTR & MTBF Report Month wise, Ø Conduct Induction and OJT, Ø Coordination in CFT activities. Ø Ensure Machine cleaning, Ø Doing daily Maintenance of Machines & Equipments and update the records, Ø Attending Break Down Maintenance, Ø Updating Machine Breakdown Register, Ø Attending Preventive maintenance, Ø Maintaining Machine History Card
