**Key Responsibilities**:
Task Coordination:
1. Follow up with the design team and design agency regarding the status of assigned tasks.

2. Proofread and seek approval from the reporting manager for design tasks.

3. Ensure timely sharing and completion of assigned tasks by the design team.

4. Assign new tasks to the designers.

**Vendor Interaction**:
1. Obtain quotations from marketing vendors for printing and marketing materials (e.g., pens, bags, t-shirts).

2. Follow up with the finance team for Purchase Order (PO) generation and seek management approval for the PO.

3. Coordinate with the factory team to acquire samples and arrange deliveries to photoshoot vendors.

4. Monitor the status of photoshoots and deliverables (photos and videos) from vendors.

5. Collect and return product samples to the factory.

6. Visit local vendors for sample collection or discussions as needed.

7. Manage vendor relationships by collecting vendor lists, negotiating for best prices, quality, and timely delivery.

**Financial Coordination**:
1. Update the monthly marketing budget based on actual expenditure.

2. Submit original invoices to the finance team.

3. Follow up on vendor payments.

**Communication & Marketing**:
1. Communicate with distributors and dealers regarding new marketing requirements and feedback on post-marketing executions.

2. Share WhatsApp creatives with customers.

3. Assist in online marketing activities.

4. Prepare and dispatch marketing kits to distributors, dealers, and other customers. 5. Follow up with the sales team for any new marketing requirements such as kits or scheme artworks.

**Event & Exhibition Coordination**:
1. Coordinate with different departments for sample arrangements, quality checks, and logistics for events, exhibitions, and dealer/distributor meets.

2. Work with the marketing team to take quotations from stall fabricators.

3. Ensure overall coordination for smooth operations during events and exhibitions. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between various teams and vendors, maintaining budget accuracy, and supporting the overall marketing strategy through diligent coordination and follow-ups.

**Basic Qualification**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.

8. Familiarity with online marketing strategies and social media platforms.

9. Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
