Key Responsibilities:

- **Process Development & Optimization**:Designing and optimizing chemical processes for excipient production, ensuring efficiency and high quality.
- **Quality Control**:Performing quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving**:Investigating and resolving issues that arise during the production process, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:Maintaining detailed records of production processes, including batch records, protocols, and reports.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- **Collaboration**:Working with engineering, production, and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and support new product development.
- **Training**:Providing training to production personnel on processes, procedures, and documentation.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,755.91 - ₹37,447.05 per month
