Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine analytical testing of:

  • Raw materials

  • In-process samples
  • Finished injectable products
  • Water samples (e.g., WFI, purified water)

  • Stability samples

  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as:

  • HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, pH meter, Conductivity meter, etc.

  • Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and test methods strictly.

  • Document all results and observations accurately in logbooks, worksheets, and LIMS (if applicable).
  • Assist in sampling activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and water systems.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring activities if required.
  • Participate in calibration and validation activities of lab instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and company quality standards.
  • Report deviations, OOS (Out of Specification) results, and incidents to supervisors promptly.
  • Support investigations and CAPA implementation related to QC issues.
