**Job Description - Sales Intern**

Taskex is the backend support center for OzWide Movers Australia based out of Gurgaon. OzWide Movers is a Brisbane-based moving company with years of experience in moving house & office furniture, storage, packing services & inter-state moves.

Objectives of this role
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets as per the set targets.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
- Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

Required skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or degree
- Fluency in English
- Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred skills and qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
- Negotiation and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
