**Job description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducted training sessions to provide students with the tools they need for successful interpersonal communication.
- It involved teaching how to improve various attributes, such as their speech, body language, behavior, etc.
- Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the students and planning the training.
- Facilitate career counseling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition.
- Groomed the students and enhanced their physical appearances to emanate confidence and business professionalism; prepared them for professional interviews and other meetings
- _**Must Have IELTS certification.**_
- Good Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the audience profile.
- Presentable, Motivator and good leadership skills.
- Must know Nepali Language.

**Experience**:1-3 years.

**Salary**: 25,000- 30,000 per month.

**Job Location: -** Singtam, Sikkim.

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 1 year (preferred)
