Job description
- Clean The Office At The Start Of The Day
- Attending To Director And Serve Director
- Document Collection, Courier, Indoor & Outdoor Work.
- Prepare & Serve Beverages To Visitors & Staff
- Keep Front Desk Tidy & Presentable With All Necessary Material
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,270.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ring road, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
