Provide antitrust legal counsel on business matters including, but not limited to, pricing announcements, trade association activity and other potential forums for competitor interaction, distribution network management, product lead times and analysis of proposed deal. Key participant on business clients’ M&A deal teams, provide legal counsel in connection with the establishment and management of joint ventures and other commercial relationships. Provide LAR corporate governance support; officer and/or directorships

Facilitate settlement of customer pre-suit litigation claims; manage matters in IP and other litigation. Provide legal counsel on matters relating to debtor/creditor rights; facilitate resolution of collection and bankruptcy matters.
