Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Summary**: As the Maintenance Supervisor at our Wilton restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance and ensuring the facility operates smoothly. Your primary goal will be to maintain a safe and functional environment for our staff and guests. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a small team of maintenance staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance**: Schedule and perform regular inspections and maintenance of all equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen appliances, and furniture.
- **Repairs**: Coordinate and perform repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- **Emergency Response**: Be available for emergency situations and take immediate action to resolve issues that could impact operations or safety.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively and safely.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance and repairs.
- **Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality of work and adherence to budget.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety among maintenance staff.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment manuals.
- **Budget Oversight**: Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
