**Job Description - Estate Supervisor Wayanad**

**Job Title**

**Experience Required & Qualifications**

Supervisor - Coffee Estate
- Manage the overall day to day maintenance of all aspects of the estate, including maintenance, gardening and domestic duties
- Take overall responsibility for safety and security of estate, maintenance, gardening, general running and upkeep of estate
- Manage & Maintain supplies, liaise with external suppliers/contractors
- Adhere to allocated budgets and maintain applicable standards and records
- Contribute towards the efficient running of estate, adhere to statutory obligations
- Manage estate expectations and deal with all queries
- Ensure essential repairs, replacements are carried out as part of the maintenance program
- Manage absences and allocate staffing and workload of estate team members
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to operate within budgetary controls
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or any related field with experience in Coffee plantation for minimum of 3 years
- Requisite knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the environment
- Practical knowledge on building maintenance
- Practical knowledge of plants plus experience of using general garden machinery
- Skills in general estate maintenance and gardening
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings. Good attention to detail
- Quick problem solvers, ability to work independently with little or no direction

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sulthanbathery, Wayanad - 673579, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
