Digital Marketing Specialist for Howsmart Real Estate Inc.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join Howsmart Real Estate Inc. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads for our real estate services. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Howsmart Real Estate's services.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify the target audience and optimize campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website.
- Optimize website content and design to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, design, and content) to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the real estate industry.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both written and verbal English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information:

- Minimum 1-year contract required.
- Ability to work evening and early morning hours.
- Work from home option available.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 pm to 6 am.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
