**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Prepare WBS & detailed Construction Programme using MS Project software.

2. Maintain, Monitor, Coordinate and Communicate detailed project Master Schedules using MS Project.

3. Prepare 3 (three) months schedule forecasting aligning with project Master Schedule and tracking the same on Weekly basis.

4. Implements Sub-trades schedules into Master schedule and monitor ongoing progress.

5. Prepare & maintain Manpower Histogram and S-Curve.

6. Preparing and Tracking of Weekly & Monthly schedule Targets for sub-contractors’ activities and reporting to Management for Delays, if any.

7. Periodic review of Work progress at Site and prepare LMP Schedule.

8. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly work progress reports.

9. Coordinate with site team to receive the execution data & update the schedules regularly.

10. Prepare Work Progress Reports (WPR) for ongoing works and update WPR tracking sheet regularly.

11. Coordination with client for weekly meetings.

12. Preparation of shop drawing schedule, material delivery tracking, material logs & Progress layouts for project.

13. Report progress of schedules at project meetings, monthly forecasts and status report updates.

14. Participate in proposal preparation and presentations as required

15. Coordination with sub-contractors.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
1. Diploma/B.E (Civil). Desirable PG from NICMAR (National Institute Of Construction Management and Research) in Construction Planning.

2. Minimum 5 yrs. Experience in construction project planning.

3. Excellent computer skills using MS Project Scheduling Software including resource and management loading.

4. Capability of preparation of project schedule in MS project.

5. Experience with Delay Impact Analysis methodologies an asset.

6. Computer literate & good communication skill in English.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Delay Impact Analysis methodologies an asset: 3 years (preferred)
