Job Title: Tissue Culture Lab Assistant Cum Trainer

Location: Bhopal (MP)

Preferred Qualification: MSc (Life Science/Microbiology/Botany)

Package:

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Expertise:
○ Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices. ○ Provide accurate and timely information to clients and trainees.
- Client Engagement:
○ Actively engage with potential and existing clients through inbound and outbound counseling. ○ Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. ○ Conduct effective needs assessments to identify client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Communication and Reporting: ○ Effectively communicate complex technical information to a diverse audience, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and government agencies. ○ Prepare regular reports on client interactions, lead generation activities, and sales performance. ○ Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Life Science or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (CRM, MS office, Google sheets). -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

- Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with occasional field visits.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to attend conferences, workshops, or client meetings.
