**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide product and service information to customers;
- Complete call logs and reports;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors;
- Research required information using available resources;
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
- Escalating customer feedback as required;
- Identifying decision makers and making customer profiles and presentation skills;
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction;
- A strong commitment to customer service.

**Education and Work Experience**:

- 12th Pass & Above;
- Minimum 3+ year experience in Tele Marketing & Sales

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000

Location: Cochin

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

- Tele caller or a similar role in the Sales Department.: 3 years (preferred)
- Professional in sales and marketing: 3 years (preferred)
