The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of statutory returns and compliance reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience in reconciliation, and coordination with auditors and banks for financial reporting and audit activities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Daily Tasks**:

- Match day-to-day transactions with bank statements.
- Reconciliation of project-wise accounts.
- Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation.
- Update landing cost for domestic purchases.
- Generate AP invoices for freight and expenses (cash-based).
- Generate AP invoices for bank charges (Axis & ICICI).

**Monthly Tasks**:

- Prepare and submit monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Reconcile GSTR 2B data.
- Handle monthly filings of PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Update salary entries and employee-related financial data.
- Update loan and fixed deposit (FD) entries.
- Review GST and TDS applicability and ensure correct entries.

**Annual Tasks**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of GSTR-9 (Annual Return).
- Support external auditors during statutory and bank audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
