**Tender Executive - Only Female **Minimum 5-7 years of recent experience of Construction industry (Buildings and Infra projects)

- Checking tender online on different government portals and shortlisting relevant tenders based on company profile.
- Should be able to identify the pre-qualification requirements for Tenders.
- Studying Tender / Bid Documents & Drafting synopsis of Tender.
- Preparing pre-bid clarification documents and attending the Pre bid meetings.
- Responsible for coordinating, preparing, and compiling bid submission documents in relation to tendering.
- Coordinating with admin/accounts department for preparation of EMD, Bank guarantee etc. documents needed for bid submission.
- Follow up for refund of EMD, Bank guarantee with departments after opening of tender.
- Should be familiar with major government e-tendering portals for documentation uploading.
- Obtain sub-supplier costs where necessary.
- To collate and present MIS on a monthly and quarterly basis.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
