**Job Summary**

As a **Paid Advertiser**, your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and manage high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant digital platforms. Your secondary role will involve managing and maintaining social media accounts to ensure consistent brand presence and audience engagement.

**Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary - Advertising**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. as needed).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on ad performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling ad creatives and copy.

**Secondary - Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and post content regularly aligned with brand strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and monitor trends.
- Assist in the creation of monthly content calendars and analytics reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Facebook Advertising: 1 year (required)
- Google Ad Manager: 1 year (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
